Top Copyright Law Blogs

Presented by: Court Reporter

Back in the dark ages, also known as B.I. – before internet, Copyright Law really only applied to books and printed material. With the dawn of the internet Copyright Law has grown another head. Technically, Copyright Law is a set of exclusive rights granted to the author or creator of an original work, including the right to copy, distribute and adapt the work. Copyright does not protect ideas, only their expression or publication. Our award winners recognize that laws that govern copyright are certainly convoluted and they do a fantastic job of making sense of them as they pertain to present times!
